The Hummingbird Awards is SCW’s staff recognition scheme which aims to encourage great customer service and reward those that make that extra effort to please our customers. Any SCW customer, partner or staff member can nominate an SCW employee for an award.
It is very easy to nominate someone, simply email your nomination to us at scwcsu.recognition@nhs.net and make sure to include:
Your name and contact info
Nominee's name and contact info
Tell us why they deserve recognition (give specific examples.)
A panel made up of their peers from across a variety of SCW service lines will review nominations quarterly. Award-winners will be invited to our Operational Executive Management Team meeting to be presented with their certificate and a gold Hummingbird pin. The winners and their customer service success stories will also be regularly published in future issues of this newsletter.
