Janet Horton, Executive Director of Customer Development
Janet's expertise lies in strategy development and business growth and she has worked in the NHS, local government, the civil service and large commercial organisations.
She oversees the development of SCW’s business and reputation, developing relationships with senior stakeholders across the industry and ensuring our services respond to customer requirements and changes in the marketplace.

Rod How, Executive Director of Finance
Rod has extensive financial leadership experience in the NHS and a strong commercial focus. He ensures SCW remains financially robust by maintaining a focus on service delivery, efficiency and financial control. His experience working in senior finance roles for mental health services, mixed community provider trusts and health authorities offers our customers both expert financial leadership advice and value for money when commissioning services.

Tom Quilty, Executive Director of Transformation
Having rejoined the NHS after 14 years of working for a number of consulting firms, Tom leads our team of over 200 consultants, delivering highly valued work across the NHS sharing practice from national to local teams (and vice-versa), and providing a wide range of capability and capacity to deliver change with a broad range of NHS and public sector organisations.
David Tappin, Executive Director of Strategic Development
David is an expert in transforming complex health and care systems. After 15 years as an Executive Director in acute provider trusts and a complex commissioning organisation, he profoundly understands the challenges our customers face. David leads SCW’s delivery of multidisciplinary consultancy services for health and care organisations and systems locally, regionally and nationally.
Simon Sturgeon, Chief Digital Information Officer
Simon develops and leads strategy delivery to support business needs. He has a proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-organisation, transformational change, at all stages from business case development, to implementation. Simon is an enthusiastic change leader with a passion for innovation and service delivery.
Faye Robinson, Executive Director of Integrated Health and Care Services
Faye has senior leadership and complex programme management skills and has directed a range of specialist services within the healthcare industry incorporating geographical information and mapping services, governance services, child health immunisation services (CHIS) and national immunisation management services for flu and COVID-19.
Elspeth Griffiths, Director of People
Elspeth is Director of People with 12+ years in NHS Community Health Services, PCT and CSU experience and 20+ years of HR experience in the commercial sector. Responsible for SCW's People team and services to 1,800+ SCW staff as well as the People Solutions to client organisations. Experienced in developing and delivery of staff engagement and behavioural change programmes, the positive management of organisational change and encouraging involvement from all levels of the business.
