SCW Spotlight webinar - Demand & capacity modelling for children & young people's mental health pathways

Discover how the Children & Young People's Referral Management System Tool (CReST) is an accessible and user-friendly demand and capacity modelling tool for children and young people’s mental health pathways. We’ll share how it can also be applied across wider health and care sector pathways showcasing the updated features that increase its functionality.

When used alongside local intelligence, outputs from CReST enable rich discussions on current service provision, reduced capacity and planning for pathways and services. CReST can also support the development of business cases and allow service leads to gain valuable insight from modelled scenarios, which can influence planning decisions.

Speakers:

  • Nessa Becerra - BI Consultant, NHS SCW
  • Ami Kaur - Junior Consultant, NHS SCW
