Thursday 17 September 2020 saw our panel discussion looking at equality and diversity in the digital workforce as part of our Discussing Digital Changes Lunchtime webinar series. 

Rafiah Badat from the Shuri Network joined panellists from across SCW who gave their views on:

  • Whether they thought the EDI agenda was important for those working in digital, data and technology 
  • If they had been able to identify with people similar to themselves in leadership positions – and whether they thought this had had an impact on their progression
  • What good allyship looked like to them
