We are delighted to have been shortlisted for not one but three categories in the inaugural NHS Improvement Awards. The awards are being run in conjunction with the NHS Big Conversation for Improvement 11-12 May 2022.
Our three shortlisted projects are:
- Addressing cultural health inequalities through targeted communications in the 'Improving health equity' category
- Creating a national immunisation programme in the 'Spreading change and improvement' category
- Improving Somerset Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Services in the 'Service-led improvement' category
The winners were announced on Wednesday 11 May 2022 and although we were not the final recipients we are very proud of our teams for being shortlisted from the hundreds of entries that were received. The awards showcased a high quality of improvement projects and initiatives which demonstrate the passion to improve health and care for the people who need it and the people who provide it.
The NHS Big Conversation for Improvement is taking place on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 May 2022.
