Elspeth Griffiths, our Director of HR, Workforce and OD joined a panel of experts for the NHS Providers Consultancy panel webinar to discuss leading and managing a resilient workforce. The discussion centred around how NHS Trusts can deliver a sustainable workforce. 

In the video, Elspeth explores how true resilience will require truly new thinking and shares examples of some of the initiatives SCW have led that demonstrate this approach.

SCW wins contract to protect children's health

Child Health Information Services will bring benefits to children in Bath & North East Somerset, Gloucestershire, Swindon & Wiltshire. We will take responsibility for the Wiltshire Child Health Information Service (CHIS) from April 2022 along with retaining CHIS for Bath & North East Somerset, Gloucestershire and Swindon after winning the tender for a four-year contract.
