Help us design a brand new Personal Health Record for residents in Berkshire to help you better look after your health and wellbeing

Be one of the first people in Berkshire to see and feedback on a new Personal Health Record which will allow you, as an individual, to have immediate easy access to information about your health and wellbeing on your phone.

As part of the wider Share Your Care programme across Berkshire, we are looking for residents to attend one of two discussion groups organised in November which aim to seek your views on:

  • The look and feel of your Personal Health Record
  • The types of health information you would like to have access to via your Personal Health Record
  • How you would use it to help better manage your health
  • Your wish list for longer term development.

This is your chance to help shape new technology which will transform the way residents in Berkshire access and manage their care. Longer term, the Personal Health Record will allow you to input your own personal data and share this information with your clinician.

Come and join us and be part of this exciting new venture on the following dates:

Wednesday 21 November between 1pm-3pm - Newbury Central Library, The Wharf, Newbury, RG14 5AU

Wednesday 21 November between 6pm-8pm - Reading Museum and Town Hall, Blagrave Street, Reading, RG1 1QH

Discussion groups will be 2 hours long and refreshments will be provided including a buffet.
