Liam is passionate about high-quality cost-effective care being secured for all patients, communities and populations.
He is a Registered Nurse with extensive senior management experience across NHS commissioning and provider-based organisations. Liam leads NHS SCW services that include clinical services, contracting and financial service support (c£5.5bn NHS contracts) and, digital intelligence and analytics.
He is also Transformation Director for Cancer, Mental Health and Strategic Commissioning. Over the last year, he has led the NHS SCW development of a national COVID-19 Clinical Assessment Service and a national recall service undertaking calls to people eligible for seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccination.
