Data Protection Impact Assessments

Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIAs) are required by law in circumstances where there are potential or actual risks to the privacy of personal information where it is processed by an organisation.

We offer:  

  • Comprehensive templates and associated guidance that can be tailored for your organisation
  • Experienced support in identifying if a DPIA is needed and then help you prepare and formalise it
  • We can review and make recommendations on both actions and outstanding risks for your further consideration

Note:  We do not publish examples of DPIAs on our website that may hold information that is the responsibility of a Customer organisation or is commercially sensitive to SCW.
